Welcome! All of our professionals are lady instructors so that we can provide you with 1-1 support with a lady teacher and get private lessons. All of our trainers have DBS checked, first aid and insurance. Your have a choice of choosing Yoga, Zumba and Pilates trainers. This is an amazing opportunity for people who wear hijab and require 'parda' or covering and don't want to attend a gym. Many Ladies may not drive and want home lessons your fitness trainer can come to your home or a community centre!
We offer personalised small group lessons in which you have an opportunity to find yourself a buddy. All of our lessons are are affordable and can work with in your budget as you will be able to split the cost between yourself and your buddy.
Our Client Care Manager Rasheeda knows each trainer individually really well and will be able to find you the best Fitness Trainer to support you and meet your fitness goals.
